We have a specialized container called a controlled atmosphere container which not only regulates the temperature, but it regulates the gas content as well, the carbon oxide, the oxygen. When it's exported to Europe, we bring it back into Kenya empty. We get it ready for the next shipment and then we deliver it to the farm, the cold storage pack house.
